I think most Filipinos don't know about this project NOAH.
Today, July 4th, 2012, I discovered all these on the net.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT NOAH:

"
Project NOAH was created by the state weather bureau in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology, other government agencies, private groups, and business firms.
The website will allow us to see storm tracks, the amount of rainfall in a particular area, water level in major rivers, and the highest level of flood will be in your very own home.
To use the website, users only have to the name of the street, village, or city they are located. The maps will give you areas or part of your community which will be submerged in floods. It will show you how flooded your own neighborhood will be in the event of a very strong typhoon.

NOAH is developed under beta version so it’s still in a debugging mode. However, the weather bureau assures that this will be of great help to all."

GOVERNMENT AGENCY BEHIND IT:
"PAGASA launches Project Noah to monitor storms and floods
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration or PAGASA has recently launched their new project called Project NOAH (or Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards) which aims to give more information about floods and the weather within everyone’s reach."

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT NOAH:
"to monitor storms and floods "
